Potential Renters

Applicant Requirements

  • A good rental reference.
  • 600 beacon score on credit report.
  • 3 times the monthly rent income from combined applicants.
  • Co-signers with a 600 beacon score or double deposits may also be accepted if one of these qualifications isn't met.
  • Deposits are equal to one month's rent.
  • Application fees are $40 each.
  • Leases for rentals with "Now!" move in dates must be started within 14 days.

Application for Residency

All tenants must individually fill out an application for residency to be considered for a lease. An online application will be available soon.

Guarantor Form

The guarantor form provides us with reasonable protection if a tenant were to default on rent.
